Every Sapphire Dreams order comes with complimentary shipping
We use Startrack Courier for domestic shipments and FedEx for international shipments. Each package that is sent to you will receive:
1. Full Insurance Cover - you are not liable for lost packages
2. A tracking number will be emailed to your desginated email address
3. Signature upon delivery is required

Processing Times
We aim to ship out every order within 3 business days. If your item requires any resizing, it will take 1-2 weeks. If your item requires any customisation, it will take up to 8 weeks. A team member will reach out to you via email to let you know of the timeframes after order.
Delivery Times
All orders will take between 1 - 7 business days for delivery. If you reside within a capital city, it will take around 1-2 business days. Regional deliveries may take up to 7 business days.
International orders

Sapphire Dreams is not responsible for any taxes or duties levied by your home country. All fees are payable by the receipient.
