Click and Collect now available!
Our Click and Collect feature is now available on Sapphire Dreams Australia, allowing customers to select the click and collect option at checkout and collect their items from selected stockists within 3-5 business days.
With click and collect, customers can avoid the hassle of shipping and the uncertainty of delivery times. They can choose a convenient pickup location and a representative at our stockists' jewellery shop will contact them for a practical pickup time. Sapphire Dreams Australia offers this feature for all of our items, so customers can enjoy the convenience of click and collect no matter what they are purchasing.
How to use our click and collect feature
Step 1
Add an Item to your cart
Add your desired item to your shopping cart/bag.
Step 2
Visit your Shopping Cart/Bag
Visit our cart page to proceed to the next step.
Step 3
Select "Store Pickup" on the cart/bag page
You can choose between "SHIPPING" or "STORE PICKUP" as a delivery option.
Step 4
Select your nearest stockist or store
After entering your post code, you can select a store within the list below the map.
Step 5
Click the check out button
Proceed to our checkout page and finalise your order.
Step 6
The order will be shipped out
The jewellery pieces will be customised (if needed) and will be sent out to your selected stockist. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number to your stockist.
Step 7
Our Stockist receives your order
They will be notified of your order prior to delivery and will receive your details when they receive your package. They will then contact you to arrange an appointment time.
Step 8
Pick up your order!
A government issued photo ID is required on the day of pickup. Please have one ready and enjoy your new Sapphire Dreams jewellery piece!
