If you are not able to come into our Sydney showroom, we can organise a video appointment where our team can discuss and display the product range to you and discuss any queries you may have! Do you have more stock in your showroom or just the products from the website?

Are all of your sapphires of Australian origin?
Yes. Every single sapphire we use is Australian origin, sourced from Queensland or New South Wales, with the larger stones accompanied by an authenticity certificate and certified Australian origin. You can rest assured that when you purchase a sapphire from Sapphire Dreams, it has been mined in Australia.

How long is my piece covered under warranty?
We offer a lifetime manufacturers warranty on all of our Sapphire Dreams pieces. SGA's lifetime warranty covers the cost of repair for defects resulting from workmanship.All our products are manufactured with the highest quality of materials and expert craftsmanship, with each piece undergoing rigorous quality assurance checks before they are shipped to you. In the rare event that a defect or imperfection is detected, you are invited to send it back to us to be inspected by an SGA jewellery expert.

Different Gold Composition
Which Gold Composition is used at Sapphire Dreams?
At Sapphire Dreams, our pieces have been crafted in either 9ct Gold or 18ct Gold. The easiest way to differentiate the two gold collections is; all of our 18ct pieces showcase white diamonds and Australian sapphires, while the 9ct gold range only features Australian Sapphires.
What is the difference between 9ct and 18ct gold?
The carat (ct) refers to the purity of gold used:
9ct Gold contains 37.5% pure gold and is alloyed with 62.5% other metals. It’s affordable and highly durable. 18ct Gold contains 75% pure gold, providing a richer colour and luxurious feel, though it’s slightly softer than lower carats.

Why is pure gold blended with other metals for jewellery?
Pure gold or 24 carat gold, is naturally soft and malleable, making it unsuitable for everyday wear, especially in rings and fine jewellery. To improve it's durability and retain shape, gold is blended with stronger metals like silver, copper, nickel, or palladium. This alloying process improves strength, affects colour tone, and increases the longevity of your jewellery while maintaining its luxurious appearance.
Ring Resizing & Modifications
Can I get my ring resized?
At Sapphire Dreams, we offer complimentary ring resizing for up to a year after your purchase! At no extra cost, this process can take a few days to finalise, but it is all worthwhile when your ring fits just right. Due to the rare, unique nature of our sapphires, we often carry limited stock, so with the help of our expert jewellers, resizing is easy and ensures your ring is perfect.
What if my ring arrives and is the wrong size?
We offer complimentary resizing for up to a year after you receive your ring. If it's too large or too small, send it back to us and we'll make sure it fits perfectly this time.
How do I know which ring size I am?
In Australia, we use the UK Ring Sizing system by utilising the alphabet (A-Z) rather than numbers like in the US/EU/Asia. All rings purchased must have a ring size selected. If you're unsure of your ring size, select "unsure". This will prompt assistance from one of our customer service representatives.
What if i want to change something about an existing design?
Our team is here to help you create the piece of your dreams! We can alter things about our existing designs, such as additions to the style, engraving and size changes. However, if you want larger changes, such as a different metal colour, a different stone, or additional gemstones, we will craft a brand new piece for you, ensuring it is crafted to your exact vision!

How long does shipping take for orders in Australia?
Delivery Times
All orders will take between 1 - 7 business days for delivery. If you reside within a capital city, it will take around 1-2 business days. Regional deliveries may take up to 7 business days.
