At no extra cost, this process can take a few days to finalise, but it is all worthwhile when your ring fits just right! Due to the rare, unique nature of our sapphires, we often carry limited stock, so with the help of our expert jewellers, resizing is easy and ensures your ring is perfect.

In Australia, we use the UK Ring Sizing system by utilising the alphabet (A-Z) rather than numbers like in the US/EU/Asia. All rings purchased must have a ring size selected. If you're unsure of your ring size, select "unsure". This will prompt assistance from one of our customer service representatives.

In our ring size selector, we clearly list all circumferences next to the corresponding Australian finger size. You can wrap a piece of rope or tape measure around your finger to find your finger size.

Please select "unsure" for your ring size. After checkout, one of our representatives will give you a call and arrange for a complimentary multisizer to be sent to your door, free of charge.

We offer complimentary resizing for up to a year after you receive your ring. If it's too large or too small, send it back to us and we'll make sure it fits perfectly this time.
